Orange Elite/E3 seatpost and front mech size

Had a quick measure with a ruller, got it to 30mm for the seatpost and around 35mm (34.9 ?) for the mech, would this be right ?

You see the * nest to seat tube? i have an X1 and mine was 30.4 without the Shim! all the *means is that there is no info on that part of the bike!

Seatpost is a 31.6, front mech is a 34.9
