Orange e4

Recent addition to the stable a '98 E4, it was a factory replacement frame for a damaged E3.
The frame number is nothing like the Orange numbers I've seen - frame number G39300060
Any ideas or input on these frames much appreciated.
I have an Esix so getting a liking for Orange Easton frames.

That number has me stumped too. Nothing Orange similar in my list (and I have about 70 Oranges listed now) but I only have one E4.

My eSIX is also odd not the usual Orange A------- system. Orange supplied this E4 as a replacement for an E3 under warranty might explain, also did the black with red decals as a 'special' for previous owner (supplied by Ssokwave Cycles Nottingham).
