I'm sorry I don't understand, could you give more detail please? The frame and forks look near perfect in this picture, is that the case? But are you saying more or less everything else needs replacing?
I have given the bike a good wash, but it is far from perfect in my eyes. Frame has a few rust spots and several scratches. Cassette, tyres and cables all need replacing and the gears/headset/bb are all untested.
