This might be the one listed on here the other day without a link?
Anyway, I've been up to see it as I live near. Too small for me (17" cen BB to top of seat tube) so I can't justify bidding anymore then I already have :cry:
Think it's a '92 and comes with period LX rear mech and XT front. Bloke bought it in '93 as a nearly new bike. In good nick really with only the usual chain marks and frame chips. I had a good look over it so feel free to contact me if you want some more detail. Seller said he might have the original uber long Stalk in a box somewhere too.
If anyone here gets it ask the seller about the retro Marin he has lurking at the back of his garage. It's got some lovely kit on it.
If I'm feeling in a good mood I could collect it for a member and post it on.
