I sold one exactly like that (but black) last month for 185 gbp, unrestored (that's a bit weird for me...I usually fettle five things at a time, but I've got too many builds going on at the moment)
HOWEVER...one like this was up on eBay for 450 gbp....

No idea how you work it out who is genuine though (I’m a splitter usually but I know it)
