Hi, I have this C-16R frame with P7 rigid forks up for sale. Size is 19" and I'm pretty sure its a 96 but do correct me if I've got that wrong!
Overall it is in good condition, there are a few small scuffs on the frame but no dings or cracks. Importantly there is also no sign of any rust and all the threads are good. The worst mark and the only one which has worn through the paint is just below the seat clamp (see photo). Some of the decals are looking a bit worse for wear and are peeling of and bubbling a bit.
I'm including the stem, seatpost and saddle all of which are the original Orange parts. The stem is slightly pitted and the saddle is quite scuffed up but still certainly useable.

they are Ace frames, very light and handle incredibly well, good luck with the sale, good value !
