I think the photo dimensions being squished side to side make the seat look further up than it probably is. These frames generally measure about 18.5" centre to top for the 19" and then there is quite a big jump to the 20" which is really a 20.5" - I have found that in the past with Orange as I've owned and ridden both sizes - and at 6' I always wished they made one somewhere in between the two sizes (more like a 19.5" woud suit me best).

Nice bikes though and that one was a beauty for the money - well done securing it - it will make a lovely ride. I was always impressed with how my Orange AlloyElite rode - as nice as my mk.1 Kona Kula - another great Alloy frame from the same era
