Not 100% but the seatpost will be 30mm (ish) could be 29.6mm :?

If you're prepared to search, almost any size can be had.
Orange did fit shims as standard on a lot of frames though. I use a 27.2 post with a 29.6-27.2 shim on the clockwork. Lots of sizes available from Chain Reaction.
