Optimal pressure Marzocchi XCR

Can someone tell me how high the air pressure for a 90 kg person like me should be?

Try raising the oil level 2-3 mm and around 40-45psi should do it

I am totally new to this old fork.
How do I raise the oil level? Do I have to take it apart?

You need to release the pressure in the forks and take the tops of and you will be able to see the oil. Check out the website... All you need to know
