Onza H.O. pedals, recently repainted and regreased. Bearings smooth with no play etc. No cleats supplied (although spares are available from -http://www.mombat.org/MOMBAT/PartsForSalePages/pedals.html)

They're over there, next to the rocking horse poo --> errm I mean they're common as anything

Edit - a quick forum search reveals a source in the U.S. for cleats -

I guess these would suit someone who already has a set (with cleats) and wants to use the same type of pedal to another bike, or an optomist... that being said I have heard you can modify a set of shimano cleats to fit but I can't say I've tried it.
