Onza pedals Ti axle

both steel and ti models were available.
If they break in a month they're ti, three months there steel :-)
Actually I never had my steel set break but did hear rumours about the ti ones. Of course they didn't hold my feet in either (unless it was cold- then they didn't let go) but thats another issue.
Proper retro parts, great idea, nice styling, light, next to useless. I'd quite like a set :-).

I want to regrease these babies anyway so will put the magnet to the axles and all will be revealed? Steve, if you are interested I'll contact you first once I've serviced them before putting them in the FS forum.

I dont know how fat you blokes are but my Onza pedals (ti Axles) lasted me about four years before the bike was stolen. I have a friend (just the one!) whose are still in service, so thats about 12 years use, and he's a lard arse

In my experience the Ti axled ones were always painted black

i have 3 sets, 2 sets of ti and one set of steel, the ti axles are silver the steel axles are black. not the other way around. ( this is in my experience and im not saying there arnt exceptions)

they are good pedals, i have never broken any axles, and have never had any problem with clipping in or out. but then again i live in cornwall and i dont use them in extreme temps. they probobly dont compare to modern pedals that well, but they have a good amount of float and if you can get the cleats to fit them, they will last for years.
cheers andy
