onZa history help

It looks like onZa ended up in Retrobike land, I wondered if anyone knew what was going on. I know onZa went from Sotelo (sp?) to Cane Creek/Dia Compe for a couple of years and then I thought it went to Taiwan. I see that they are selling a decent amount of trials stuff in the UK along with some vintage parts. Are the vintage parts just left over or are the new production. Just working on a history page and was curious. Thanks

the brand is owned by super cycles, a (large) store in nottingham that has several of it's own brands

the porcs are new production/reproduction

there's also a mongo 3 headset - it's a low priced unit, about £20 or so

i think a lot of the older kit is stuff they've sourced/had lying around (they've been in business years)

i spoke to them alittle while ago and they said onza just wound up the bike products, it was a name they made up, then when the name wasn't reregistered supercycles then got hold of it for their trials stuff.

thats what they told me anyway. but they were always massive onza dealers, even back in the day.

would be nice if they could do some limited runs off stuff though, just to keep us all happy! :D

Anyone have a good contact at the SuperCylcles place? I send an email to the general contact a couple of days ago but didn't hear back from anyone.
