Do my eyes deceive me? Was thumbing through a back issue (April 2011) of Railway Modeller in my local public library [1] and it would appear that Chas May, head man at former local [2] framebuilder De Mayo Velo Systems has an article in there (the De Mayo logo on the layout control panel was a slight giveaway)! That was a bit unexpected, but nicely bridges the gap between 2 of my hobbies

[1] Yup, the actual public library. Not a euphemism for browsing in Smith's without paying.
[2] Chandler's Ford, I think. A couple of my clubmates still ride De Mayos although the firm is now defunct.
