One for the dads

Utter jobsworth. Neighbourhood Watch, CCTV, police state, nanny state - we're doing it to ourselves ferrchrissakes! I trust that Mail-readers et al are happy now we're all terrified of photographing our own kids... It would appear that the 'estate' can set up their own policy because it's their property, therefore can't be in the wrong - absurd. When is private property 'public' ie. malls etc. Surely we have some rights and liberties left...

In the US, there was a case a year or so ago of parents taking a picture of their baby's first bath. When the pictures were developed, the WalMart employee turned the pics over to the police who then arrested the parents on child pornography charges. I don't know if the case has gone to trial yet.

That happened here to with a news reader. She took pictures of husband/father in bath with baby. Developers contacted police. Case dropped

Aye- Julia Somerville, if I remember right..........
There's a lot of difference between vigilance and bein' a nosey jobsworth.

I take pictures all the time of my daughter, never had a problem yet, if someone does say anything they would promptly be told to piss off.
