Are the onza pedals SPD compatable?

Not quite. I tested this once to my cost.

I found that with Onza cleats, I could get into a pair of SPuDs, but couldn't release again :roll:

But will the race face cranks build up to a triple ring or only a double ?

Hi cranks are for triple ring, little ring is with spacers.
