Olmo Giro

Aquired this beautiful Olmo Giro about three years ago. It had not been used for a few years but after a bit of TLC and a new bottom bracket bearing it rides like a dream. Am now wanting to repair the paintwork and have contacted the factory for information (frame number is199908C) but they do not keep records that far back. I think it is mid – 90’s from the components. Can anyone give me any clues on either age or colours?

Its late 90's. I had a similar model, the 1999 in the serial is the year.
