Not sure about the price, a little optimistic.

A nice Suntour/Sugino parts on there, though.
Mitsuboshi tyres? Cute little DC cantis, pity about the brake levers.
And a Madison saddle.

Those XC II pedals would go for £80 in good but used condition these days.

Rear mech looks later Shimano...where's LGF when you need him? (Edit: OH there he is )

The rear mech is a Deore.
I did briefly look at the tyres, but only to see if they were Smoke & Dart!
This bike is before any knowledge I have of bikes!
