Old Race Dates/Calendars - can you help??

My waxing amnesia does not allow me to recollect all the races I entered in BiTD - so I was musing on the throne this morning, what if we were to compile yearly calendars of the major races/series that we all attended?

If you are able to contribute some factual dates/places and titles of any races you attended - say from 1986 to 1996 - post them here (preferably with evidence - eg. race plate or advert) and I will compile them into a definitive, year-by-year calendar for future reference.

If we can start with Nationals/NPS and NEMBAs, we'll cover individual races such as Worlds/Malverns etc in due course.

Oh my old man will love this thread - he's got complete records of every race I've ever done - I'll get the mtb ones from him.

I found some of my old Mint Sauce calenders in the loft from about 1992 to 1997. They had quite a few race dates written on them, particularly the NEMBA rounds and lots of local races from around the North West.
I'll dig them out again and have a look.

Apart from a few of the early Boltby Bashes I didn't do much racing (not enough time for fag breaks for my liking) but I have a pile of mags from 89-93 that will have times, dates and places in. Give me a few days and I will go through them all.
