Old English bike, but what?

Dirt Disciple
My first post hoping to solve this mystery. I usually post on Bike Forums but they weren't able to solve it. There are two threads over there going back to 2011, from two prior owners, and now I own it. Right fork headlight mount, so British, steered tube stamped Accles & Pollock A, serial number 95112 with 7 under it on the steerer tube and bottom bracket which is Nervex. Nervex Pro lugs which are chromed on the head tube. Chrome stays, full chrome fork (which cannot be saved). Stallard rear dropouts with fish mouth stays. Drive side only braze on gear shifter mount. Frame weighs 1.8 kg or 4 pounds.
Hopefully you'll solve this mystery for me. It's being painted right now, but I won't be able to decal it unless I know what it is. Thanks for the help.

The Bike shop I used to work in during the 70's (Cliff Pratt Cycles) could turn out a frame le like that in A&P Kromo in the 50's, like countless other shops and builders. Unless someone recognises the numbering system I think it might remain a mystery :(

I have the exact same Nervex B.B. stamp number on my 1961 Claud Butler Super Coureur, I wonder what Nervex production years had the same stamp?

Ps. I don’t think that frame number is from the Holdsworth/Claud system.

Re:

I think the numbers on the bb are measurements. I've seen the same numbers on other pieces, except mine also has the serial number. I'm hoping someone will know who used that numbering sequence for their serial numbers.

Re:

Hi, nice frame, on the good side of the norm, with your serial numbers, are you looking at the right numbers, I would of said it was 4 digit and and starting with 51 which aligns with the early nervex pro lug set. The '9' doesn't seem too be the same stamp set. Just some thoughts Terry

The numbers match the steerer tube 95112 7.

Re:

Has anyone ever seen a serial number pattern like this before? How about the seat tube lug with the letter "A". Do you recognize the fork crown because I've not been able to identify it? The rear dropouts are Stallard, but what about the fronts? 40s,50s,60s? What's your best guess?
