Same colour & same style of decals. Would suggest a later date around mid 90's :?

I searched for Cross country as well before as two mentions of the vision, no pictures, one mentions cross-country.

Unfortunately that is an old eBay picture, couldn't find the advert.

Great minds and all that.

The paintwork is in very nice condition. Decals are shot though, but as they're on top of the lacquer, I've taken some detailed photos (so they can be reproduced) and I'm in the process of removing them and polishing the paintwork.

I have also secured a Dawes steel fork, Suntour XC9000 groupset & touring wheels for it. Once I have the parts in my possession and the frame is cleaned up I'll start a proper build thread in the road section.

That is a very nice tourer for someone.

The Vision frame is the same colour & the graphics are the same style, so I'm guessing they're similar ages.

Can't find any real info on the bonded aluminium frames though but they clearly didn't sell them for very long.

I have one of these too! Was thinking it was the only one as I've not seen another, until now.
Mine came with flat bars and a 200GS/70GS mix.
