Where do you start "could do with a lick of paint"?????? 
I think that's a bit of a bargain to be honest, and nearly bid on it.
I'd have scrapped the frame probably but the rest of it - particularly the rigid forks / steerer and bullseyes would have made it cost in.
The other one that Jerky won with the Humbrol pimp my ride paint is better value, but this is still good.
