Yup, way too tall, but I RBer @Retro_Roy definitely needs to know about this one. It's about 10 miles away from him, and I'm pretty sure he already has a smaller one (maybe he'll sell that one to me???)

I know what you mean, but looking at the dirt that’s trapped at the top I’m gonna say that’s under some clear protection film and the black lines are the edges of the film…. but I could be wrong just as equally obviously!

nothing to worry about here. this is my bike. what you are
seeing is just dust collecting on the edge of the clear protective tape.
i assure you this frame is immaculate and an absolute beauty in the flesh.
i am trying to raise some $$$$$ to help my daughter by a place. this one
wouldn't be going anywhere if i hadn't been lucky enough to find another
one that was slightly smaller that fit me better. with only 9 of these ever built
some lucky person has a possibly once in a lifetime opportunity here.
