Official Retrobike Charity 2008

Having a charity to raise for (whichever one) is a great idea and I'd suggest setting up one account at www.justgiving.com that our friends/family/colleagues can pay into would be a good idea because I'm well aware that often the hardest part of fundraising is the collecting!

Why dont we all donate a spare bike part and build a bike, then auction it of and donate all procceds to charity

Which is what we have done over at UK-MTB.com, we started with one bike & ended up with two!

We'll be raffling them off soon.

I'll keep you informed as to how it all goes.

OFrom this MR team member- big thank you to all the folks at UKMTB for donating parts, and ultimately opening their wallets. Please bid for these bikes when under the influence of falling down water -you'll bid more!
