Odyssey Paralevers - anyone know much about them?!

Got these on a bike but never seen them before

I remember them, I think the idea was the lever pulls straight back to the bars instead of in an arc? never really caught on... solution for a problem that didn't exist I think. Nice relic to have though.

Came std on your scott IIRC, not seen many around but I recall a guy in the states trying to flog yellow ones for around the $100 mark :shock:

weren't these called Odyssey Paralevers? rare stuff me thinks...
