Odd bottle cages, anyone seen these before?

I’m guessing these are just non-brand mince but has anyone come across them before?

Only paid £10 the pair so no huge investment.

Just thought they might be something different from a Ringle…

I have a turquoise one in the man cave somewhere from bitd. They look the same profile as 'band it', but are a lot thicker and obviously alloy.
