The first impression is lightness - when I take it from the stairs.
At the first strokes and the uphill beginning take the pedal as a greyhound.
Beautifully absorbs the unevenness of the city's pavement.
It is flexible but without a negative effect on driving safety. Still afraid to break the back structure or to take the stairs (to don't break it),
until I get rid of that fear it will be an unbelievable commuter.
Everything is between the pedals and the handlebars ) ...
I can not even imagine what kind of change for the riders these frames were twenty-five years ago.

It sounds a blast to ride, im no fan of skinny tyre bikes myself but could certainly own that bike

I think the Speedmax semislicks are ideal choice for that purposes. In past I try Furious Fred, Vredestein T-Lope and Speedmaxes wins!
If you want to own it, send an offer (just kidding).
But for a replacement for Beast of the East with a Pepperoni fork In M size I would consider ...
Just kidding too . The two Cannondales in the family are just right so to not be a fetishism :mrgreen: .
In fact, I love that bike, it is exactly, what I want and what I was hope for.
