numpty music streaming question

If I want to stream my iTunes to the garage/ bedroom etc...


what do I need


and


how to go about it.

1 PC or similar with iTunes on its HDD with network
2 Streamer connected to retro hifi amp etc.

I use an iPod touch with a dock for it by my HiFi.
