I have some R.S. Revelations U turn with 120 to 150 travel in black. They work perfectly and are excellent cosmetically except for needing replacement decals, [never let someone else load your bike into the van].

Yeah you just swap the spacers around, if you take a 20mm spacer from the top of the spring leg and put it at the bottom, then move a 20mm one from the bottom of the damper leg to the top that'll do it. Should already be spacers in there, if not they're inexpensive and widely available.

If you want I can find the page that illustrates it from my older but basically the same Vanilla forks.

What year are yours? I'm sure they can be lowered. Have you tried taking the top cap off the spring side to see if there is spacers there?
