Thanks, and yes, there's lots of work to be done...what I would give for more time and space

This one is not getting back in the stand till winter. Right now, my wife's IF Special is in the stand awaiting a BB and crankset. Then, a certain bike, you might be eluding to, is going on the stand, while the second stand is occupied by an early Bontrager CX. All the while, a Phoenix Ti waits in the wings, but my Yo is asking to become the new SS conversion- never thought I would convert the Yo into an SS'er, but it's going to happen now that my IF frame is gone.

There. I think that about covers all I have on the docket...it's a gift, though one that mocks me, so perhaps it's a curse. Anyway, sending it your way, as much as I would like to do it, is not an option, so I better get to work, less I be compelled to make it an option :evil: :twisted:

Just giving ya a hard time. It's a good problem to have. I finally found a LD stem for the dirt drop project which is moving things forward there but all and all, like you I have way too many irons in the fire. No hurries....

Awesome! I bid on the Ibis LD stem on ebay a couple weeks back, but it went over $400

There was another one this past week, put on the bay, by a vrc member...name escapes me, but it disappeared fairly quick, if it ever made it up.

That's better than I did. I just decided to build up a vintage cx bike with drop bars instead.

ah! just left a comment on Gazz's thread before I saw this. Cool. Yes, it's an original Wicked fork. I can try to get a measurement for you; gary might beat me to it, though his isn't a Wicked or is it- don't remember.
