Looks a bit odd, I can't tell what it is. No Explosif around that time was purple as stated, nor had ovalised tubes like that. But the later ones that did have ovalised tubes (and still weren't purple) already had sliding dropouts, which he says he needed to fit to this.
He's obviously spent a lot of money on it, but when you spend a lot of money to make a frame perfect for you, you don't necessarily increase its value for somebody else. I don't think a size 20 something with no cable guides and random decals is worth all that much, even if painted by Bob Jackson. Still it's got a disc tab, so no doubt it'll sell.
