This evening I attended an event at The Velo Cafe in Brighton, where their latest display bike was put out for all to see. The bike in question is the Brian Rourke Time Trial bike that belonged to Ian Cammish.
Peter Whitfield (Author of Time, Speed and Truth - A History of Time Trailling) gave an interesting talk on the history of the sport, some background on the bike and also on Ian Cammish. We then had the opportunity to have a look at the bike, ask a few questions and have coffee, cake, beer etc, which made it a good evening. So, if you want to see the bike, its best you get along to Velo Cafe in Brighton and have a look.
