Well I don't really know how to put this but while the present mrs 'frames (due date 14/4/14) is busy succumbing to the nesting instinct and making the house ship-shape and baby friendly,I've been working 12 hour days plus weekends for the last 4 weeks when I should be making the effort to ease the passage into parenthood for the both of us. Worst still, I'm still making excuses to myself that I need ANOTHER bike/frame/project....this week, a Klein turned up,I haven't even had the time to unbox it!!
Bad dad!! Bad dad!!

In the time I've been a dad (10/2/14) I've bought 2 Zaskars, built one, bought a Specialized Epic and sold it, and I'm on the lookout for something else

I've bought 14 bikes since becoming a dad (twice) and 7 of them I've never sat on. :roll: So a Klein in a box is small beer.

It's the perfect time to buy as you still have some cash! My boy arrived 23/12/13 so I spent the months before hoarding stuff.

Forget about having much time for the next year or so. A simple reliable bike for the odd dash out is in order. After that, buy a child trailer and get your riding in while also crediting the favour bank.
