Not a P7...

Very strange, the seller obviously knows nothing about Oranges, except that they are good, hence the high starting price..

I wouldn't sell it for less then £200, but his strategy of starting at the minimum he'll accept is somewhat flawed (although arguably the frame, forks and shifters are worth that alone).

Not sure about a parts bin special, looks like someone lavished this bike with nice parts then either they or the next owner decided to replace worn out items with functional rather than matching components.

It's a well listed auction, lots of pics and a good description. I hope it does well, it's a nice bike.

As long as somebody doesn't buy it thinking its a P7, because its clearly not.. In simple terms, its a confusing listing!

Well, hopefully the bidders won't be those that 'know nothing about Oranges, except that they are good'.

But i think the photo of the C16R badge would be the clincher, even for someone not as knowledgeable as yourself

That wasn't meant as a dig. It's just obviously been built up from a frame and isn't an original spec.

Most of my bikes have been the same. :D
