Except that a 98 Explosif was bright blue. And had all top tube routing with two clusters of cable stops on the top of the top tube. This has down tube mech routing and a clamp-on V-cable stop. As far as I can see, its only chance of being an Explosif of any year is if it's a 94, in which case it should have a ribbed down tube, but the photos aren't clear enough to see that.
