well, it's new n boxed, so you don't need fret about the condition.

Box says top swing, differential plate.. and I believe it's bottom pull (sorry to the chap in the wanteds to whom I told this was top-pull )

as stated, it's top swing, bottom pull .. the differential plate model, which is quite groovy as it articulates both plates independently :idea:
