For the Rear Shifter, you can set to switch or friction,
In Switch Mode: Supports swtich 7 Speed. (still in switch mode) After 7th Speed you can move to 8th speed. it will change to friction automaticly. So it is 7Speed Switch 8thSpeed friction in Switch Mode
Friction Mode : Friction from 1st to 8th Speed (heard from some of my customers, this shifters even works with 9 speed)
