i'm after a wide axle'd b/b for a 1'st gen RSR crankset, how could i make that Cooks axle work, whats required/needed?

Needs a couple of cups and bearings (the ones with the bearings on the outside like WI, TNT etc) and either a bunch of axle washers or another collar. You can use a stack axle washers between the crank arm and bearing (the original way that cooks used to suggest) or a second collar to keep the axle in place.
