What's a steerer shim?
I've got a 1" fork that I need to mate up to a 1 1/8 headset and the only reducer I've found is £13 or something crazy.

I need a shim but im not sure which i would need, my steerer is 1+1/8 so would i need a 1+1/8 shim? I think i need one of the tube like shims with the holes in on the left in the second picture down? could i have one of which ever you think i need please? PM me the PP details and i'll get it sent over.

Unfortuntely both 1 1/8 shims are sold now

The adapters I have are to take a 1" steerer in a 1 1/4" crown.
