Never built up but with some marks and a few little spots of surface rust here and there this is a really nicely made little frame ideal for a little touring bike, MTB or some sort of trendy grave bike / dad bike type thing. Reynolds 531 All Terrain tube set with 531 forks, lugged BB and other junctions brazed with a good amount of braze ons for mudguards, a rack etc, nice straight blade unicrown fork too. The colour is hard to describe but I'd say a sort of grey/brown metallic root beer kinda colour. Probably early 90s, pretty remarkable that it's made it this long without ever having been put together (see dropouts).
