Madness. I paid £100 for a NOS pair last year which was silly. I also sold them on to bas for the same figure. There was temptation to cash them in on the bay but I just couldn't do it.

I am up 200,000 squids on an apt investment, rather than I am up 220 squids on a pair of porks.

However had you used all your money and rather than buy the apt. Bought 1000's of tyres you would be better off by a long shot, indeed they would be even more expensive given you would own most of them;-)

true, but good luck recoupling all of it as quickly as you could with an apartment. You'd have to sell them at just a couple sets at a time to keep from flooding the market. supply/demand or something like that...I'm no MBA
