Noah, Raleigh mustangs were the uk version of the WTB phoenix, you should buy it! Although the weight of the pipes will make shipping tough. That said i hear that BP need some new heavy duty pipes to replace some damaged one off your coast, so maybe some good could come of it.

raliegh mustangs were shit
its the bay some clown may just buy it

the general attitude of this thread is the worrying thing

pete_mcc, why did you click on a raleigh mustang thread in the first place?

It's the sado-masochist in me. As the Devil in South Park the Movie said: 'Without Evil there can be no Good, so it must be Good to be Evil sometimes' , so looking at shite bikes reminds me how far I've come and how good I've got it in comparison.

I also have a photo of an Apollo Explorer on my desk to drive me to work harder and a photo of a Peugeot Ranger in my wallet so that I think twice before I waste money! Anyhoo, all clicks are good clicks for the site.

I used to sell tons and tons of Raleighs back in the day. I know all about 'em. A disaster as an offroad machine, but there were some really decent mountain bike shaped bikes for general cruising. Alloy parts and rims at a price point where you would typically see chrome steel. So, I moved 'em!

That said, if I bought a Raleigh, this is the one I'd like to have (except in a 52 or 53cm) http://www.flickr.com/photos/oldcampy/3379193413/
