Cool, but I was hoping they would be their MX601 mtb hubs.

I wouldn't touch the rear one with a bargepole. The axle is aluminium and has a bit of a tendency to snap (broke mine during my first ever race on Cannock Chase). Even when they were current gear and I was riding them - there was a 4 week wait for a replacement.
