580mm handlebar, never mounted or used. Slight mark to one logo and small scratch at one end under the grip (see photos). Looking for £25 + postage

I would say turquoise, its not a dark navy blue, but its not faded so its still bright. Most turquoise bits I see have usually faded a little which makes them quite a light colour.
