Could you double-check the size? I've never seen a 105 headset in 1 1/8"

A 1" headset has a (roughly) 30mm press fit cup dimension with either a 26.4mm or 27.0mm crown race, and normally takes a 32mm locknut spanner. A 1 1/8" headset is 34mm, with a 30mm crown race and 36mm locknut flats.

I shall check in the morning, although the LBS said it was too big to fit in my Rocky Mountain Stratos when I asked for it to be swapped in for the Ritchey one in there, which is a 1"er, so I presumed they were right (it was sold to me as 1" too.

If Nick's proves not to be a 1" then my pall will be happy to let his NOS spare one go for the same price of £18 inc postage (that's UK before anyone asks for anywhere else )
