Dunno. It's a small mens. I'm a 38-40 inch chest and it's embarrassingly tight on me..

Believe it or not, used your reference of 38" and measured my wife's chest Retrobike is having unforeseen effects on my marriage.

Apparently it'll fit so I am reluctantly buying. The upside of it is that I feel this entitles me to another bike
