Won't make the no legs mistake again! If anything for the very short term they will probably be the focus of the majority of work.
Oly lifting suits me just fine right now because of the obvious benefits to my engine as well strength and burning fat.If things go to plan i will end up with a mix of PL and Oly.
Lucky that i can do all the above at home, safe to say if i was in a gym then the temptation of competetion would come up, and that's not really a path i want to take- sure it would be great to beat others but not at what the majority of people with decent numbers have to do to achieve it
Overhead squats totally rule btw
They work more muscles than i care to remember and will probably have a positive effect on nearly every other lift
