Neither, this bike just makes me smile, genius or bonkers. It is causing me a slight headache in regards to setting the S/A hub gears up and sorting out the wheels, some of which need new wire ties (enter fuse wire) :facepalm:

Ah! but then the man from L'Eroica would say No!

the previous owner had the bike from new and combined allsorts of ideas, apparently he was still riding this daily well into his 80's only stopping due to becoming deceased.
