I bought this with the intention of holding on to it as a spare for my RTS collection. My logic being I could swap the RTS fittings on to it when the need arose should any of my shocks fail.

Unfortunately for me the shock is much larger than the ones used on the RTS so it's no use to me.

It's a piggy back NR shock with both rebound and compression adjustment. Both seem to work as they should, the shaft is unmarked and there are no leaks from the seal. It's in vgc overall. I2i is 210mm.

I'm after just £50 Inc UK postage. Not posting this overseas I'm afraid.

Hi,

Could you tell me what the eyelet to eyelet length is on the NR4 shock? Also if I remember correctly the lower eyelet should unscrew as it was just an add-on? I am looking for a replacement for my Proflex 857 NR2 shock and I know that the 957 came with the NR4 without the eyelet, but as I say I think the eyelet was just screwed in.

Br,

Nick

Hi, the eyelet measurement is 210mm i2i centre to centre. The lower eyelet should unscrew as you mention, that was my plan, swap it out for the RTS fittings but it's simply too long for that in my case sadly,.
