This was on the Devon Coast to Coast ride who knows how long ago?
We started in Torquay and headed north over the Moors. That’s my Alan on the ground sans back wheel. A friend (a very good Expert/Elite racer BiTD) is repairing about the 5th puncture of the trip. It turned out to be the crappy wheel loaned by my LBS whilst they built a new one as I I think I snapped the Ofmega axle. They eventually sorted me a nice Mavic hub so it all ended well.
My brother (front) and I are about to dish out a, “Damned good thrashing” to the bike in question. I’m wearing the Bula and the other bikes are 653 Rourke and a 531 Pro Ribble I think.
