No racing in 2010 for SP

The surgeon tells me my shoulder won't be fit for competition for 6 months, in fact no cycling full stop for 3 months

This is bloody annoyning as I recently took delivery of a Hei Hei which I've never ridden and I was going to ride the Bontrager 24 / 12 solo this year. I've just mailed the organisers to see if I can get my entry refunded so some other nutter can take my place :roll:

Yep, and I was just starting to get my mojo together too. Ah well, racing maketh the man but also breaketh. It was the Cheddar Bike Fest that damaged the shoulder in the first place! It's funny just how immoveable gateposts are....
